ENC-W

ENC-W is a fast solution to securing your data via encryption. It allows you to encrypt both text and-non text files alike. For full security, the program enforces password protection at all times.

NOTE: This is for Windows systems older than 95. Users of Windows 95 or newer should consider Phalanx.
